As CEO of Col&MacArthur and recipient of the JCI TOYP 2024 award, Sébastien Colen wanted to create a timepiece that captures the soul of this extraordinary organization. The idea was born from that recognition — a desire to honor 110 years of leadership, service, and humanity.
The design draws inspiration from the historic stained glass windows that have adorned JCI’s headquarters in St. Louis since 1916, the very year of its creation. Their timeless light guided the conception of the dial, reflecting the enduring values that unite generations of changemakers.
Encapsulated within each watch lies powder from the original roof tiles of that same building — a poetic symbol of protection. Just as that roof has sheltered JCI’s ideals for more than a century, this watch preserves them in time.
To wear this watch is to embrace a legacy — to carry within you the light, courage, and purpose of JCI. Each owner becomes a guardian of its values, a living link in a story that continues to shape a better world.
